Workviews 2021 Recap

On Wednesday, 23rd of June, students from year 5L attended a series of workviews panels that were organised by the school during their CAS periods. The purpose of these panels was to give students the opportunity to learn more about different careers that they might be interested in.

The diverse areas included: agronomy and veterinary, gastronomy and tourism, sciences and laboratory, marketing and communications, humanities, architecture and design, law and international relations, engineering, companies and economy, and medicine.

Every meeting consisted of three or four speakers who informed the students about their job and what they studied in university to be in the position they are currently in. Some presented a few of their past projects such as videos, or shared a presentation to go along with their speeches.

At the end of the meet, the speakers answered any questions or doubts from the students that might have arisen during their presentations. The experience was an excellent chance for year 5 students to decide or clear their minds about what job options they would like to pursue in their future careers. We thank all of the amazing panelists for their time and all organizing members for making this possible.
