The Atlas Six (Book)

This book is about The Alexandrian Society, caretakers of lost knowledge from the greatest ancient civilizations. Those who earn a place among the Alexandrians will secure a life of wealth, power, and prestige beyond their wildest dreams, and each decade, only the six most uniquely talented magicians are selected to be considered for initiation. When the six candidates are recruited by the mysterious Atlas Blakely, they are told they will have one year to qualify for initiation, during which time they will be permitted preliminary access to the Society's archives and judged based on their contributions to various subjects of impossibility: time and space, luck and thought, life and death. Five, they are told, will be initiated. One will be eliminated. The six potential initiates will fight to survive the next year of their lives and see if they can prove themselves to be the best among their rivals.

You should definitely read this book. The characters are really well developed and there are a lot of different personalities for you to get attached to. Also, the plot is amazing, incredibly entertaining. Besides, it has dark academia vibes if that is your kind of book.

Grace and Frankie (TV Show)

The series follows Grace, a retired cosmetics mogul, and Frankie, a hippie art teacher, who have been rivals for a very long time. However, one day they learn that their husbands have fallen in love with each other and want to leave their wives and get married. As everything around the ladies is coming apart, the only thing they can really rely on is each other.

This series is incredibly funny. It is the kind of show you watch when you just want to have a good laugh and forget about your day. It is really fast-paced and short so it won’t take you long to finish it if you’re a busy person.

Ocean’s 8 (Movie)

The movie follows Debbie Ocean after she is released from jail after serving a prison sentence. She then assembles a special crew of seven women, the best people in the field to carry a heist she’s been planning for Five years, eight months, 12 days, and counting. And what they have to do is steal a diamond necklace that’s worth more than 150 million dollars, from the Met Gala.

This movie is very entertaining. It is not predictable so you will be shocked. But it’s also funny and the acting is great (Anne Hathaway is part of the cast) and you can watch it whenever you’re bored because it doesn’t have any deep themes so it’s a light watch.
